I've been rubbish recently with the Listography but I really wanted to make an effort to do this week's theme of randomness.
Just one word of warning though – random is not 'I like chocolate' – that's just not going to cut it round here. However 'I like chocolate sauce with my chips' is getting a bit warmer.
- Pub chips must be eaten with mayonnaise. End of.
- When I am in the classroom, the groups of tables must be parallel or perpendicular to the walls.
- I like to eat my custard slices by squeezing the pieces together, licking the custard out around the side and then eating the 'sandwich'.
- David Tennant was the best Doctor Who ever. Matt Smith is rubbish.
- I like a jam sandwich and half a glass of milk every night before I go to bed every night.
I know, possibly not as random as some but hey-ho!

With you on the pub chips. My cousin used to have mayonnaise on his Sunday roast dinner!
Katie Bailey says
I agree about the chips too, and pizza must absolutely be eaten with sour cream and chive dip!! And now not only do we know where you sit in the evening when you're chatting away to us but we know what you're eating too ;0)

I nearly did the custard cream one! Child hood habits that never die!
LagosMum says
I completely understand about the classroom desks thing!
Notmyyearoff says
I used to love doing the squishy licking thing with an ice cream
And wafer sandwich! I don't mind Matt Smith but agree David T was the best ever doctor. If the tables in the classroom aren't right do you start moving them?

*sigh* I was actually in love with DT when he was the Doctor. Matt Smith is a good Doctor but I don't love him. I miss having a Time Lord to lust after on a Saturday evening.
Chips and mayo, are you INSANE??
Jenny Paulin says
Ok I have to disagree aboutnthe mayo and pub chips! Always tommy ketchup for me and always Heinz.
Is the jam sarnie and glass of milk before bed a childhood habit that you have carried through to adulthood? Great list xx
Kate, WitWitWoo says
I do that with custard slices!!!
Red Rose Mummy says
I absolutely agree on the mayo with chips. I'm not sure about Tennant v Smith though!
Midlife Singlemum says
Totally agree about desk arrangements in the classroom. Re Dr Who, I never got over the passing of John Pertwee.
minty aka waterbirthplease says
I want a jam buttie now!
expatmammy says
deffo agree on the chips & mayo thing
In Dream World says
No. No mayonnaise on chips. You need vinegar, or salt. Maybe ketchup. No mayonnaise, though. π
As for number 2? That sounds a little OCD, lol π
Mum2Four says
ALL chips must be eaten with mayonnaise – it is the law!
When I have a custard slice I separate the top and bottom, scoop all the custard out with my finger to leave the pastry whihc I then eat – first the bottom piece & finishing with the iced pastry.
And as for DT – well he WAS the best π

Sorry very late this week! I have a fear of Jam sandwiches ever since primary school when I had to sit beside Sonya T. who would eat them every single day. Yuck.
