I picked this up today in the pile of donations left for the white elephant stall at the school fayre; a fab electricity exploration kit. We've had great fun with the helicopter!

Thanks, it's supposed to be for 8yrs+ but I think there are aspects of it that he can play with and understand. Mr. TBaM is very scientific so I want The Boy to have a good understanding. Maybe he'll be a sparky in the future?

Thanks, none of us knew it would fly off and we spent the next thirty minutes seeing how high we could get it. That was until Mr. TBaM attached a second battery pack and the 'helicopter' hit the ceiling and almost made a dent!
