Competition: Ben & Holly's Little Kingdom – The Tooth Fairy

The Boy loves Peppa Pig, therefore a programme that's created by the same people is guaranteed to go down a treat. That is exactly what happened when we were sent a copy of Ben & Holly's Little Kingdom: The Tooth Fairy to review, especially as The Boy is obsessed with the tooth fairy ever since the Peppa Pig episode!

Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom follows the adventures of Princess Holly and her best friend Ben Elf. Holly is a young fairy who is still learning how to do magic properly. Ben is an elf and elves don't do magic, but they are very good at making things. Along with their friends, Ben and Holly have lots of fun and exciting adventures playing together in the Little Kingdom. Perfect for budding fairies and mischevious elves all over the land!

The DVD contains 10 exciting episodes that perfectly blend magic, adventure and humour that will delight and engage young fans including; Ben’s Birthday Card, Betty Caterpillar, The Ant Hill, Redbeard the Elf Pirate, and of course, The Tooth Fairy!

The Boy sat down to watch this DVD earlier and was completely and utterly captivated! He didn't move for well over twenty minutes, basically until we turned if off! I was pottering in the dining room at the time and all I could hear was the sound of Mr. TheBoyandMe chuckling away at a few little jokes which were clearly put in for the grown-ups to enjoy.

Small in scale but big on magic Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom: The Tooth Fairy is set to sprinkle a magical blend of fairy dust on homes across the land when it is released on Monday 3rd October 2011 (RRP £12.99) by Entertainment One.

our youngest (H) was lead to believe by the boys that the tooth fairy came over from Arran on the ferry. We were down Stevenson beach many years ago and one of the boys said "look theres the ferry" and H said "The tooth Fairy" ( she had lost her first tooth that day) to which the boys laughed and 1 replied yes she lives on Arran and comes over on the ferry to pick up teeth…and so poor H believed for years this to be true…and as a family we still laugh about it….magical age long gone.
