The other day I bought myself some daffodils (reduced because they'd started to open) in the supermarket to put on my kitchen windowsill. This morning I pulled the blind up and was greeted by this sight. Enough to make the most knackered mummy in the world smile.
Lovely. I adore daffodils, they remind me of bringing Bud home from hospital. The day before he was born I bought some which were tightly closed and put them on the kitchen windowsill. When I arrived home from hospital three days later I walked into the kitchen and there was a vase full of beautiful daffodils. Lovely reminder of Bud's first moments at home.
