We're entering the fifth month of the year, we're getting nearer and nearer to the halfway mark and everyone is doing so well! A few people have dropped out over the past few weeks (I blame Easter!) but it's a hard project to do. Months ago I said it would get easier once the weather improved, I am clearly to blame for the monsoon occuring in Britain at present.

Once you've linked up, it would be great if you could pop over to a few other blogs and have a look and comment on their chosen photos. The further down the linky you are, the less comments you receive. I'm trying something different this week, random ordering with the link-ups. Let me know what you think?

A few more people have joined up to Project 366's Facebook group and it's brilliant to see the community growing. They offer support to those taking part in this photography project, and give much blog love. We've made it a closed group so that not every Tom, Dick or Harry can see the content but if you'd like to join just click the 'ask to join group' button in the top right hand corner of the page.

Day 120 of the project, almost 1/3 of the way through. Well done to all of us for getting so far and I hope you're finding it easier taking the photos in your daily routine and enjoying doing so. This project shouldn't be a chore for anyone, in fact it's such a valuable way of recording your evolving lives and the small moments which can be missed.

Last week I set myself the challenge of taking photos and editing them on the iPad3. Yep, that went well. Maybe it's because I'm still learning how to use its camera, maybe it's because despite having a 5MP camera it still has the tiniest lens in the entire world with no flash or light meter. By Tuesday I was itching to pick up my dSLR, but I set myself a challenge and stick to it. As it so happens, Friday's photo (this week's chosen link-up) is one of my favourite photos of The Boy, and goes to show how invaluable editing software it sometimes. Thank you Camera+!

Here we are, well into the fourth month of project 366, sixteen weeks have flown by. Most of us have probably found our stride by now, and hopefully taking photographs that document our lives (and loves) is becoming part of our daily routine.

I'm going for a theme with my photography for my forthcoming week. We've just invested in an iPad3, and I want to explore its 5MP camera and the editing capabilities.

Congratulations for today is Day 106 of Project 366!

Well done to everyone who has broken the 100 day boundary, it's pretty amazing that we've all got this far and the habit is probably firmly ensconced now. Furthermore, with the improvement in the weather (apparently Summer's on its way?) there is a heck of a lot more material to photograph now.

To celebrate Day 100, I've got another cracking competition for you all. As you've probably seen, the very generous Snapfish are offering a prize this week of £35 credit to one lucky participant in the linky. I've reviewed Snapfish in the past and was amazed at the range of products available, with a brilliant quality finish on the items. In order to enter the competition, you'll need to add your favourite photo as normal, 'like' the Snapfish Facebook page and fill in the Rafflecopter form to say you've done this.

Time to link up:

  1. Choose your favourite photo from the past week and link it up below.
  2. Please add the badge to your linked-up post so that other people know how to find all the other fabulous entries.
  3. If you can spare five minutes to comment on just a few other entries I know they'd appreciate it!

366 Competition: Snapfish

A few months ago, I had the pleasure of reviewing some products for snapfish, the online digital photo shop. When I was browsing the range of products to choose from, I was astounded at the variety: in addition to the the usual cards, canvasses and photobooks, there were calendars, mugs, coasters, Christmas ornaments, notebooks, magents, personalised toddler storybooks and a range of Disney gifts. It made it incredibly difficult to narrow my choice down, but I managed it and chose a placemat, a jigsaw and a photo panel. I was really impressed with the range of products available and the quality of the finished products were excellent.

In order to celebrate day 100 of the 366 project, the very generous Snapfish have offered a prize for the 366/52 bloggers who take part in tomorrow's weekly linky (Facebook 'like' will be required). They are offering £35 worth of credit so that the winner chosen from tomorrow's linky will be as bamboozled for choice as I was!

When you are selecting one photo to link up tonight or tomorrow, make sure you choose a good one with lots of appeal, hopefully you'll be the winner.

I'm a rubbish mother! I forgot to add The Boy's Project 52 last weekend. I'm going to blame the fact that we were away. Here it is (back-dated to the right day).
