Week seven already?! Wow! And today is day 50 of the project; a fantastic round number, halfway to hundred. If you've got this far, give yourself a deserved pat on the back, I reckon you'll make it the whole way. And do you know why it's worthwhile? Because at the end of the year, you can make yourself one of these:

Delivered this week, my 365 photobook (my Christmas present from Mr. TheBoyandMe)

I'm flagging at the moment.

Does it help to know that I am, even though I've already done the project once?

It's the time of year, it's just so damned grey and lifeless. So as I've suggested before, I'm playing with themes. Two weeks ago I went for Instagram snaps. This forthcoming week, I think I'll focus on using my DSLR to capture The Boy's hands in action. What theme will you use to help you?

He stood looking out the window so wistfully the other day, then picked up his camera and took this photo. When will it be fine enough to play outside again?

Five weeks in and still going strong! Congratulations to everyone who is still snapping away every day. If you're beginning to flag or question yourself, consider posting your photographs once a week in one big post or maybe switching to a Project 52 (one a week) but don't give up! This is such a rewarding project, you won't regret it.

This week with nanny, he has made a train and a rocket. Last night in amongst all the chaos of two poorly parents, grandad was told to supervise him doing some sticking and let him use all the stickers in one go. What the hell, he had fun anyway! (I might prise them off to recycle, is that awful?)

This week, I've been really amused by the brilliant photos that Burton (one of The Boy's friends) has been taking for his 366 project. I'm not as brave as his mummy and so can't even contemplate doing two 366 projects, however The Boy is constantly snapping away with his VTech Kiddizoom and I have more than enough fodder for a 52, so I'm going for it!

Here's his first shot, bit arty isn't he?
